TINY SPARKS
Ages 3–4
An introduction to ballet, tap, and jazz designed for early coordination. Dancers build comfort in a studio setting while learning how to move with purpose. The goal is confidence, curiosity, and basic body awareness.
LITTLE LUMENS
Ages 5–6
A balanced mix of Ballet, Tap, and Jazz with extra classes offered in Acro and Hip Hop to establish early strength and technique. Dancers learn structure while still having room for creativity and exploration. This stage builds flexibility, musicality, and readiness for leveled classes.
BALLET
Levels 1-5
Classical training focused on body alignment, control, and disciplined technique. Dancers learn to use their whole body with intention, from turnout to carriage of the arms. Each level builds technical strength that supports every other style.
POINTE PREP
Pre-Pointe
A conditioning-focused class that develops the strength and alignment needed for safe progression to pointe. Students work on ankles, feet, core stability, and posture. Readiness is
approached thoughtfully to ensure long-term success.
POINTE
Beginner - Advanced
For dancers ready to train fully on pointe with an emphasis on structure, safety, and artistry. Classes build articulate feet, controlled balance, and refined technique. Dancers learn to approach pointe work with maturity and precision. Any dancer desiring to participate in pointe class will be considered based on age, strength, experience, and alignment.
JAZZ
Levels 1-5
Technique-driven movement built around rhythm, syncopation, isolations, and musicality. Dancers develop strength and style through dynamic combinations and expressive performance. Each level expands coordination, speed, and personal interpretation.
LYRICAL
Levels 1-2
A fusion of ballet and jazz technique centered on storytelling through movement that can be fluid or abstract. Dancers learn to express emotion clearly while maintaining technical control. The focus is clean lines, musical sensitivity, and purposeful intention.
CONTEMPORARY
Levels 3-5
A style focused on exploration, creative movement patterns, and is not bound by set standards. Dancers experiment with weight transfer, flow, and shape while developing control and range. This class encourages individuality without sacrificing structure.
HIP HOP
Levels 1-5
Clean, structured Hip Hop technique with emphasis on rhythm, footwork, endurance, and full-body coordination. Dancers build strength, agility, and musical confidence. The training is age-appropriate and rooted in foundational movement.
TAP
Beginner-Advanced
Training in precise footwork, rhythm, and timing that develops strong musical awareness. Dancers learn clarity of sound and control through structured patterns and combinations. Each level advances rhythmic phrasing and strengthens the dancer’s ability to use their feet as a percussion instrument.
CONTROL + CONDITIONING
Beginner-Advanced
A conditioning class designed to improve flexibility, stability, and overall body control. Dancers learn how to move safely and efficiently while building strength in key technical areas. This supports injury prevention and enhances performance across styles.
ACRO
Levels 1-5
A structured blend of acrobatic skills and dance technique taught through safe progressions. Dancers develop balance, flexibility, control, and power. Each level builds confidence in both upright and inverted movement.
WORSHIP WARRIORS
Learn how to worship through the art of dance and movement while cultivating a heart posture rooted in intention and reverence. Dancers will experience the basics of the lyrical style while primarily focusing on learning to worship through interpretive movement.
DANCE TEAM PREP
Prepares dancers for dance team tryouts. Learning what to expect as a dance team member – kicks, splits, technique and basic drill, etc.
Will vary per school.
LEAPS & TURNS
This class builds the technical strength required for clean turns, controlled directional changes, and powerful jumps. Dancers work through progressions that develop balance, spotting, core engagement, flexibility, and proper takeoff and landing
mechanics. Each session focuses on precision and consistency so dancers can execute advanced skills safely and confidently.

DATE NIGHT CLASSES
A relaxed and fun partner class designed to help couples connect through simple movement and shared rhythm. Participants learn easy, approachable steps while enjoying time together in a low-pressure environment. No experience is needed—just a willingness to laugh, learn, and enjoy a meaningful night out.
HIP HOP STEP
This hip hop step class fuses rhythm-driven hip hop movement with step
aerobics to create a fast-paced, full-body workout. Using a raised platform, dancers build cardiovascular endurance, lower-body strength, coordination, and balance through choreographed routines set to upbeat music. The class is easily
adaptable for all fitness levels, offering a fun and athletic way to train with energy and purpose.
DRUM FUSION
In this high-energy, full-body session, you don’t just move with the music—you help create it. This class offers a fun environment where you can cut loose, sculpt your muscles and truly jam. It’s edgy, inclusive style makes it a hit with participants of all ages and abilities. This workout blends cardio, conditioning, and strength training, using specially designed, weighted drumsticks that turn every strike into an effective and engaging fitness move. Drumming has never been so exciting!
