OUR STORY
Amplify Joy Studio is a dream coming to life—one that began long before our doors officially open. After 20+ years of traveling across the state and teaching at multiple studios within the area, our founder, Mandy King, felt called to create a permanent home where movement, creativity, and community could flourish. With a lifelong love of music and the arts that began at age five, Mandy envisioned a space built on joy, gratitude, and genuine connection. 

 

THE HEART BEHIND THE STUDIO
Mandy’s experience teaching and choreographing for various studios, schools, programs, and competitive groups shaped her belief that dance is about far more than technique—it’s about growth, confidence, and the unique stories each dancer carries. One of our core intentions at Amplify Joy Studio is to help create legacies within each child—empowering them to discover who they are, what they love, and how they were created to shine. Here, dancers of all ages will find encouragement, challenge, and a place where they truly belong.​ 

 

WHAT WE'RE CREATING 
As we prepare to open, Amplify Joy Studio is becoming a space designed with intention: a welcoming environment where dancers can learn, explore, and express themselves freely. Supported by her family and guided by faith, Mandy is excited to build a studio that celebrates movement, nurtures the heart, and inspires joy every step of the way. This is more than a studio—it’s a community in the making, and we can’t wait to grow it with you.
